- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (Expired Gift Vouchers are not accepted)
- One reschedule is allowed per Gift Vouchers (Further changes will void the Gift Voucher)
- Cancellations / rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee (This is only payable if you are rebooking)
- Present the Gift Voucher at the appointment (Failure to do so requires full payment)
