Hybrid Hair and Head Spa Gift Vouchers

Please read our Booking information on our Treatment Menu page before or after booking to understand our booking policies. 

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (Expired Gift Vouchers are not accepted)
• One reschedule is allowed per Gift Vouchers (Further changes will void the Gift Voucher)
• Cancellations / rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee (This is only payable if you are rebooking) 
• Present the Gift Voucher at the appointment (Failure to do so requires full payment)
